A little about me

Monica is central to the operation of Dixon Family Estate Agents. She ensures our business runs smoothly and effectively at every level. As individuals and as a team, we rely with confidence on Monica’s skill, resourcefulness and operational expertise to help deliver optimum service and results.

Since 1996, Monica has been an invaluable member of the Dixon quality real estate family. She first joined Patrick as his executive assistant and, for more than a decade, worked by his side, helping to facilitate the growth and success of the thriving independent agency.

As the company grew, so did Monica’s complex administration and support role. When the business was sold in 2007, she was at the hub of a firm frequently awarded as an industry leader.
For the next five years, Monica managed the State head office of a major international service provider to the building and construction industry, supporting the general manager and senior management team. But in 2012, soon after Patrick and Jack launched Dixon Family Estate Agents, Monica answered the call back to our ‘family’.

Her in-depth real estate know-how and deft organisational handling combine to provide us, our associates and, most importantly, our clients with vital support at every stage from initial enquiry to listing, sale, settlement and beyond. She takes care of office administration, marketing co-ordination, sales support, and contract administration. Monica is your caring and capable first port of call for all things.

If we can ever spare her, she turns her hand to renovating her inner city townhouse, and enjoys catching live music with friends.
